One of the most anticipated restaurants of the past two years, as two key members of Heston Blumenthal’s three-Michelin-starred Fat Duck will open their first restaurant in London. Jonny Lake left the Fat Duck in 2018 where he he had been been the head chef for 13 years and helped the Fat Duck achieve a three Michelin Star standard. Jonny has also announced that he will be teaming up with another Fat Duck Alumni, Master Sommelier Isa Bal who had been at the Fat Duck for 12 years.
Jonny and Isa will also be joined by more people from the Fat Duck, Michele Stanco and Melissa Fergus. Michele Stanco will be head chef - he was previously sous chef at the Fat Duck and then paired with Jonny Lake as a development chef. Melissa Fergus will be restaurant manager - she was most recently assistant manager of The Fat Duck.
Trivet is described as “an informal, high-quality dining restaurant utilising the finest ingredients and wines and will aim to deliver an unrivalled taste experience.” It will function as a restaurant, wine bar and wine cellar on the site of Londrino in Bermondsey, the development team at Cleaner Products are delighted to have been selected as a supply partner and look forward to working with this dynamic team.
