Trinity is a neighbourhood restaurant situated in the heart of Clapham Old Town. It was opened back in 2006, and their self-set mission was to serve great food. It had to be seasonal, inspirational and, above all, delicious. Over eleven years later and their priorities have not changed one single bit. While they are the proud holders of one Michelin Star and numerous accolades – the motivation is as it has always been, to continuously provide their guests with a memorable gastronomic experience.
Upstairs, their aptly named restaurant space situated above Trinity – offers guests a casual dining space to complement Trinity that is well suited for private functions and larger groups. As well as being available for reservations and exclusive hires, Upstairs at Trinity proudly plays host to a variety of exciting events and special evenings for their guests to enjoy
Chef Adam Byatt has been the driving force behind Trinity, not only a restaurateur Adam is also a food writer. He has also appeared on screen a number of times, as a regular on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen and numerous other cooking and lifestyle shows. He pride’s himself on being a mentor to young chefs starting in the business, both at his own restaurants and also through my work with the Academy of Culinary Arts. Being born into a family of great cooks and food lovers, Adam’s career as a chef was almost inevitable and began his career in the frenetic kitchen of the legendary Claridges Hotel at the age of 16.
The development team at Cleaner Products are looking forward to working with Adam, his superb head chef Chris Bolan and the rest of the team at Trinity.
