We are delighted to have been selected as a supply partner for the new Orasay Restaurant in Notting Hill. Chefs Jackson Boxer and Andrew Clarke are the team behind this launch and it is their third restaurant to open this year. The launch follows on from their Brunswick House venture in London’s Vauxhall and is inspired by the western isle of Scotland.
The menu is very approachable and is using the best seafood from The Hebrides including oysters, scallops, crabs, razor clams, lobsters and langoustines, The menu will also include vegetables, honey and eggs from the chefs’ organic farm in West Sussex.
We wish the chef’s all the very best with Orasay and look forward to working with them over the coming months.
