We are delighted to be working with the legendary Phil Howard once again, we worked with Phil for some when he was chef/patron of The Square where he held 2 Michelin for 17 years and now we have reunited and become his new supply partner at Elystan Street which has also been awarded a Michelin star.
Phil Howard trained under Marco Pierre White at Harvey’s and then with Simon Hopkinson at Bibendum. The reputation for his cooking has been forged through the delivery of pleasure through harmony of flavour rather than technical wizardry or innovation, the desire to cook simpler food prevails and with a greater emphasis on pure, clean and lighter dishes – full of vitality and flavour. Elystan Street menus are a result of a collaboration between Phil and his head chef Toby Burrowes. They take whatever produce their our suppliers is at its absolute peak as their inspiration and use classic food pairings to produce dishes that let the flavours of the ingredients shine through.
You can find the restaurant at 43 Elystan Street, Chelsea, London, SW3 3NT
